We believe the only reason you would ever want to return a gift with soul is if it had no soul — and that’s certainly not the case with Anyoli. And, to be completely sincere, we believe so strongly in the power of our jewelry that we hope there will never be a reason for a return.
Anyoli jewelry is created to be personalized. These are not traditional pieces of jewelry; each piece is individually prepared to carry a message, a memory, or an emotion. For this reason, personalized Anyoli jewelry cannot be returned, in accordance with the legislation applicable to personalized products.
How long are the products covered by warranty?
The jewelry and Anyoli technology come with a 12-month commercial warranty, without affecting the consumer’s statutory rights.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by wear or external factors, including scratches, tarnishing, impact, deformation, breakage, improper use, or stones becoming loose or falling out as a result of impact or snagging.
Manufacturing defects or product non-conformities are, of course, covered.
